 I have contacted several local Northern Colorado embroidery companies and Gonzo Screen Printing and Embroidery in Loveland has come back with better pricing than we have had in the past for one each embroidery. They also do hot press logos for T-Shirts that take the place of screen printing and avoid the minimums that shops require to screen print. They work with the Thompson School District and numerous local companies so they have lots of experience.

I have had several members ask for certain sizes, styles and colors that we cannot stock as a club. Mendee at Gonzo has offered to work with each BMCNC member separately. You can order from their stock and/or catalogs, try on sizes there for catalog items and/or buy the article you want from another source, in the size and in the color you want. They will embroider it for you. You will then pay them directly.  By purchasing your own clothing items and taking them to Gonzo, you can insure that you get the size and material you want if you are hesitant to order from a catalog.

Please see the warning below about their not taking responsibility for problems resulting from their sewing on customer owned items. While this warning is common among embroidery shops, sewing damage is not a common problem.

“Please note we DON'T guarantee print/embroidery on items not supplied by us, so in the event of an equipment malfunction or misprint, we DO NOT replace your apparel items OR reimburse you for any ruined apparel”.

Mendee has started a basic apparel shop website for the BMCNC and I have the address below. Pricing basics are there but a comparable polo shirt ordered from Gonzo is $33 to $35 (instead of the current $44.55). Other pricing is also on a one each basis, up to the first discount level of 24 items. The pricing includes embroidery.

For embroidery of our personal items the price can change depending on the material in the item and the amount of personal attending of the sewing process it takes. The rule of thumb is $25 for embroidery and $10 for heat press transfers.

Directions from Hwy 287: turn west on 10th St., immediately west after the railroad tracks turn to go south down the alley that runs parallel with and alongside the railroad tracks, we face the railroad tracks, south of the yard with the yellow school bus, sorry it’s hard to find!

Business hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm & Friday's 8-1, closed all major holidays. Pickup/drop off at our locked outdoor shed available outside those hours if needed, ask for lock code. Hours subject to change based on staff availability.
